Welcome, I’m glad you are here. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. Maybe you feel stuck in old patterns that have stopped working for you, if they ever did. But making a change on your own can feel impossible. Therapy can help you get unstuck from old ineffective patterns. You don’t need to know exactly what you are looking for to know that something needs to change. With support, it’s possible to feel more at ease and to build the life you want.
In therapy, we work to understand the roots of your challenges, help you feel more self-compassion, and create meaningful and lasting change. My approach draws on humanistic, psychodynamic and attachment therapies, and I incorporate strategies from cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy. But more than any specific method, I work with you to create an individualized approach to accomplish your goals.
I see clients in person at my office in northeast Atlanta. My clients enjoy the office’s quiet, private, and peaceful setting. I also offer online counseling for people throughout Georgia, which tends to be just as effective and more convenient for some people.
